The final race in the Freeze Your Buns Run series was hosted this past
Saturday by the Brockville Road Runners. The weather was perfect for a 5km
race and the runners were extremely generous, providing over 600 cans of
food products for Harvest Sharing and a monetary donation of $1100. The
overall race series winner trophies were handed out to Janet Wynands with an
average time of 19:45 over three races and John Wynands with an average time
of 17:48 over three races. The Brockville Road Runners would like to thank
all of our volunteers and sponsors for helping to make the 2008 Freeze Your
Buns Run series a great success.
