Lesley Dunning Deserving Winner of the President's Award
At the recent Freeze Your Buns run, club president Rick Swift presented the President's Award to longtime, faithful volunteer Lesley Dunning. The award is presented at the discretion of our incumbent club president to an individual or group of individuals in recognition of outstanding service to the club. Lesley is a very worthy recipient of this special award and we heartily congratulate her. The dedication on the plaque presented to Lesley reads:

Presented to Lesley Dunning

Fun Interval Workouts for Club Members
Starting on Tuesday March 23, Elizabeth Primrose will be leading fun interval workouts for club members only every Tuesday evening from the Memorial Centre. The workouts will go from 5:30 to 6:30pm.

Everyone will leave at 5:30 pm sharp for a warmup jog to the workout location. Workouts will consist of running intervals and will vary weekly depending on the needs of the group and the weather conditions.

NO ONE is too slow or too fast for these fun interval workouts. All that is needed is the desire to run with others and to improve your speed. Bring a water bottle.

Wedding Bells
Congratulations and best wishes to Cynthia Laforty and Mitch White who were married in early December. They honeymooned in Puerto Rico and are back home again in Kanata. We hope to see them back in Brockville at one of our events before long.
