Annual Members Meeting (or AGM)

Completed 40 Years – Planning for Number 41!

It’s time for our club AGM or Annual Members’ Meeting

Meeting is open to all interested in the sport of running; only registered club members may vote.

Date: Thursday November 27, 2025

Time: 6:30 to 8:30 pm

Venue: The Arts Hub; Lower Level of St. John’s United Church, 32 Park St. at King. Please enter from King St.

The Agenda will include the election of the Board of Directors to guide the affairs of the club over the upcoming year.  It will also have the traditional chair’s and treasurer’s reports.

There will also be an open forum where members will have an opportunity to provide their thoughts and recommendations for enhancing the future of their club.

There are a number of ways of getting involved, but If you are specifically interested in serving on the board, please email Ed Eby 

Nominations will be accepted preferably before the November 27 meeting, but we will accept nominations from the floor at the meeting itself. 

To allow for ordering refreshments, arranging seating, etc the number attending is needed.

So please preregister using online Trackie by midnight Nov 26. There is no Entry fee.
